What is a micro-deposit?
For bank account verification, FPGTEC may use micro-deposits which is a single, nominal, or $0.01 deposit in your bank account. You would then check your bank transaction history for the deposit, and it will include a unique code, to prevent someone from simply guessing at the amount of deposit. Once you identify the code, you will enter it with FPGTEC, and and your account will be successfully linked.
What does FPGTEC charge to process a payment?
FPGTEC charges a single setup fee of $3.99 to setup and verify the account, which does not include the payment processing fee. Thereafter, for transactions between $101 – $250, the charge is $1.99, transactions between $251 – $500, the charge is $2.99, transactions between $501 – $750, the charge is $3.99, transactions between $751 – $1,000, the charge is $4.99, transactions between $1,001 – $1,500, the charge is 5.99, transactions between $1,501 – $2,000, the charge is $6.99, and transactions equal to or greater than $2,001, the charge is $7.99.
How fast are the payments processed?
Payments initiated through FPGTEC by 3:00 PM Central Standard Time are processed within one business day. Payments submitted after 3:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed within two business days.
